Cusgarne Primary School

Pupil Premium

The Pupil Premium is allocated to children who are known to be eligible for Free School Meals (FSM), Service Children (SC) and children who have been looked after continuously for more than six months (CIC). This will also include pupils eligible for FSM at any point in the last six years (known as the Ever 6 FSM measure).

It is for schools to decide how the Pupil Premium is spent, as they are best placed to assess what additional provision should be made for the individual pupils at their school.

The Pupil Premium funding that is received by the school annually is used in a variety of ways in order to improve pupil attainment and to help overcome any barriers to learning. We have utilised strategies that we believe will have the most impact on the achievement and outcome of our pupils in receipt of Pupil Premium , using a range of sources of evidence to help.

Please download the documents below to find out how we have allocated our funding for this year and for the review of our strategies.
